Graydon started Greenstone Recruitment in early 2006. He grew up on a beef and sheep farm in South Africa. He and his family moved to New Zealand in 2001. Graydon has an Honours degree in Economics and 10 years of banking experience: 3 years as a Senior Rural Banker with the Bank of New Zealand and 7 years of Investment Banking experience in South Africa. He is a keen sportsman and has completed multiple Ultra-marathons and marathons. Graydon is also a licenced immigration adviser and has served on the Licensed Immigration Advisers Reference Group.
Recruitment Manager – South Island
Richard graduated from Massey University with a Diploma in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business. He has a long history in HR and recruitment, working recently for FarmRight in Canterbury, responsible for all facets of HR across 53 dairy farms located nationally. Before that he was Senior HR Advisor at Lincoln University and HR Advisor at Landcare Research, Canterbury and in other human resource roles both in New Zealand and overseas. Richard has a passion for the farming industry and has a financial interest in a dairy farm, relief milking when required. He lives on a lifestyle block near Darfield with his wife Amanda. He is an active member of the Darfield volunteer fire brigade and is a keen fly fisherman and golfer.
Recruitment Consultant – North Island
Rebecca was born and raised on a dairy farm in New Zealand. She has studied in Human Resources and held HR and Recruitment roles both within Agribusiness and a number of other sectors. Her focus is on working with both candidates and employers to find the best fit possible. Rebecca is married to Darin and they have two young daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, developing her lifestyle property and squeezing in box-fit and social sports where she can.
Ruth is the Office Administrator for Greenstone Recruitment and Greenstone Global. She comes with a background in Office Administration and Banking, including 10 years at the ANZ Banking Group up to branch manager level. She holds a National certificate in business studies.
Ruth is married with three children, two of whom are NZ Age Group swimming champions. For many years she has been heavily involved with the Te Awamutu swimming club, from the finances and administration to Learn To Swim teacher and officiating.
Barbara is the accounts administrator for Greenstone. Barbara has a New Zealand Certificate of Commerce and has worked in various office roles during her career. Barbara has the unenviable job of keeping everything together and supporting both the recruitment and immigration teams! She is married to Grant and has four children.
Licenced Immigration Advisor
Carol Wright joined Greenstone Global in 2010 and is a licensed immigration adviser. She works closely with the recruitment team assisting candidates and clients with immigration requirements. Carol grew up in the USA and has a Bachelor of Arts International Studies from Miami University. She has three years legal experience in the Ohio state legislature. She has also worked in tertiary education for 14 years in New Zealand, often dealing with foreign students. Carol has three school-age children with husband, Blair.
Haley Sykes completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing through the Unitec Institute of Technology before joining Greenstone Global. Haley works closely with Carol Wright undertaking various administrative functions and client liaison. Haley will be studying her Graduate Certificate In New Zealand Immigration through the Bay of Plenty Polytech with a view to becoming a Licensed Immigration Adviser very soon.
