Graydon started Greenstone Recruitment in early 2006. He grew up on a beef and sheep farm in South Africa. He and his family moved to New Zealand in 2001. Graydon has an Honours degree in Economics and 10 years of banking experience: 3 years as a Senior Rural Banker with the Bank of New Zealand and 7 years of Investment Banking experience in South Africa. He is a keen sportsman and has completed multiple Ultra-marathons and marathons. Graydon is also a licenced immigration adviser and has served on the Licensed Immigration Advisers Reference Group and been a finalist in the NZAMI Immigration Adviser/Lawyer of the year awards.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Phil has been in NZ for 25 years. He has been in the recruitment and HR industry for over 12 years, working in large corporates and HR companies with a focus on customer service (both clients and candidates). He enjoys placing people into a role where they can succeed and grow from their experience. Phil has a passion for the outdoors and lives on a lifestyle block with his wife and 3 teenage children, where he dabbles in small scale dairy and beef farming. He has a Masters Degree in Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Waikato University
Rebecca was born and raised on a dairy farm in New Zealand. She has studied in Human Resources and held HR and Recruitment roles both within Agribusiness and a number of other sectors. Her focus is on working with both candidates and employers to help find the best fit possible. She enjoys spending time with her young family, developing her lifestyle property and squeezing in fitness training and social sports where she can.
Haley Sykes completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing through the Unitec Institute of Technology before joining Greenstone Global and Greenstone Recruitment. Haley enjoys the recruitment environment and works closely with the recruitment team undertaking support functions. Haley has also completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Immigration Advice from the Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology (prewviously Bay of Plenty Polytec).
Barbara is the accounts administrator for Greenstone. Barbara has a New Zealand Certificate of Commerce and has worked in various office roles during her career. Barbara has the unenviable job of keeping everything together and supporting both the recruitment and immigration teams!
Ruth is the Office Administrator for Greenstone Recruitment and Greenstone Global. She comes with a background in Office Administration and Banking, including 10 years at the ANZ Banking Group up to branch manager level. She holds a National certificate in business studies.
Ruth is married with three children, two of whom are NZ Age Group swimming champions. For many years she has been heavily involved with the Te Awamutu swimming club, from the finances and administration to Learn To Swim teacher and officiating.
Licensed Immigration Adviser
Carol Wright joined Greenstone Global in 2010 and is a fully Licensed Immigration Adviser. Carol grew up in the USA and has a Bachelor of Arts International Studies from Miami University. She has three years legal experience in the Ohio state legislature. She has also worked in tertiary education for 14 years in New Zealand, often dealing with foreign students.
Carol has three children with husband, Blair.
Licenced Immigration Advisor
Tamara is a first generation Samoan New Zealander who grew up in Palmerston North. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Victoria University. She recently worked as an Immigration Officer for Immigration New Zealand. Tamara’s husband comes from a farming background and they spent two years on a dairy farm in the Manawatu. She is fully licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority to provide immigration advice and works closely with the recruitment team assisting candidates and clients with immigration requirements.
Immigration Adviser (provisionally licensed)
Steven Dunning was born in New Zealand and grew up in a multitude of places including Christchurch, Thames, Mussoorie (India), Suva (Fiji) and Palmerston North. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Massey University but his career has taken him in other directions including teaching, banking and marketing. Steven is very happy to be living in beautiful New Zealand once again after 13 years living in Japan and China. He is well versed in speaking business Mandarin.
Steven is a Provisionally Licensed Immigration Advisor within the mandatory 2-year provisional licensing period and is supervised by Vanessa Sharratt.
Stephan Du Plessis
Licensed Immigration Adviser
Stephan grew up, studied and was married in South Africa. He was later admitted as a lawyer in the High Court of South Africa. Stephan gained more than 13 years legal experience in South Africa before he and his family immigrated to New Zealand in 2008. For the past seven years Stephan has been working for a prominent law firm in New Zealand who specialise in New Zealand Immigration law. Towards the middle of 2015 he sat and passed all the required papers (A+ average) to meet the Immigration Advisers Authority's licencing requirements. Stephan subsequently joined Greenstone Global as a fully licenced Immigration Adviser. Stephan has brought immigration experience and a particular skillset to Greenstone Global which contributes, and adds value, to our clients' immigration experience.

Vanessa grew up in South Africa. She has a Masters degree in Economics from Rand Afrikaans University and 8 years of Banking experience in New Zealand and South Africa. Vanessa has completed the Massey paper in Immigration Law and Practice and holds a full license awarded by the Immigration Advisers Authority. She has served as a Board Member of the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment (NZAMI), and on the Immigration Advisers Authority Reference Group. Vanessa was a finalist in two categories of industry awards hosted by the NZAMI in 2013- Immigration Adviser/Lawyer of the year and NZAMI Service Award.
