Our clients are highly regarded in the dairy industry and have a long track record of superior farm production and being employers who show a willingness to impart their knowledge to new staff.  This is a higher input farm, with modern facilities and good infrastructure including a 50 bale rotary shed..This role will provide great learning opportunities and a stepping stone to farm management.  You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your role, which will include shed management, animal health, tractor duties and staff management.  You will also be required to step up to management duties when required.Our clients are seeking someone who shares their passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of their effective team.  You will have proven organisational skills, effective time management and leadership abilities.  You will also possess strong tractor skills, have a good understanding of grass management and be comfortable with computers and recording data.  They have a good team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh.If you are seeking that next step towards management, then this could be the opportunity for you.  Salary negotiable on experience.
