Our client is seeking a 2IC to join his team now.  He is seeking applicants who share his passion for the industry and enjoy working within a farming environment.  This farm has a flat to rolling contour and milks 850 cows through a 50 bale rotary.This role will provide great learning opportunities and a stepping stone to farm management.  You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your role, which will include shed management, animal health, tractor duties and staff management.  You will also be prepared to step up to management duties when required.Our clients are seeking someone who shares their passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of their effective team.  You will have proven organisational skills, effective time management and leadership abilities.  You will also possess strong tractor skills, have a good understanding of grass management and be comfortable with computers and recording data.  They have a good team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh.If you are seeking that next step towards management, then this could be the opportunity for you.  Salary negotiable on experience.
