Our clients are highly regarded in the dairy industry and have a long track record of superior farm production and being employers who show a willingness to impart their knowledge to new staff.  This is a higher input farm, with modern facilities and good infrastructure including a 50 bale rotary shed.This role will provide great learning opportunities and a stepping stone to farm management.  You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your role, which will include shed management, animal health, tractor duties and staff management.  You will also be required to step up to management duties when required.Our clients are seeking someone who shares their passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of their effective team.  You will have proven organisational skills, effective time management and leadership abilities.  They have a good team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh. The employer is committed to training and all staff are expected to do all tasks on the farm.
