Our client is looking for Agricultural Equipment Mechanic and Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Waikato.

About the job:

You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Agricultural Machineries and Heavy equipment in the workshop and field. Will involve some after-hours call out work

About you:

• General maintenance, service and repairs of equipment in the workshop and field
• Trouble shooting and fault diagnosis
• Great customer service skills
• Good time management skills to efficiently and effectively achieve the daily tasks at hand
• Full class 5 license will be an advantage
• Some knowledge in engineering an advantage
• Knowledgeable on the following machineries/equipment is an advantage
  • Mixer
  • Cultivator (Horsch/Carrier/Disc)
  • Irrigation Pivot Machine
  • Tractor
  • Loader
  • Compactor
  • Backhoe
