Our client has been in the business for over 30+ years. They are now a well-established food manufacturer with a modern production environment and purpose-built facilities.

This company are continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced butcher to join their production team.

The role:

As a Butcher, you will be working in the production environment including the following:

• Dicing meat
• Making sausage meat for sausage rolls
• Ensuring there is stock for tempering to go into production
• Following hygiene and H&S protocol

About you:

• 3 years verifiable experience as a Butcher
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Reliable transport to get to work each day and on-time
• Ability to lift 25kg
• Physically fit and good body build
