Farm AssistantOur client runs 575 cows family farm in Te Aroha.  They are milking their herd through a 60 bale rotary shed with ACR on flat farm. Top renumeration offered for Dairy Farm Assistant, excellent time off with a good rotation. Roster is 12/2. This position will be available from 15 of June 2020. Housing consists of a well presented two-bedroom home.The successful applicant will be honest, hardworking and enjoying being a team player as well as working on their own. You will assist with the feeding of stock and setting up break fences as directed by the contract milker, assist with effective weed control program, calving and calf-rearing, carrying out milking and teat spraying, cleaning and maintaining  the farm plant equipment to the standard and general farm works.We are seeking a Dairy Farm Assistant with relevant work experience, willing to learn, excellent communication skills, can easily follow instruction.   You will be working within a team of 2, therefore you will enjoy working as part of a team and like to take responsibility for your role.  You will also need to be reliable and trustworthy.To be considered for this position you will need to have an update to date CV including at least 2 contactable work referees.You will also need to have a clear criminal and drug history.Note: no pets allowed, must pass random drug testing and must have clear criminal history 50000 AUD New Zealand - NZ Waikato Rest of Waikato Te Aroha
