Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced farming couple to join their stable farm team.  They are running 600 cows through a 40 aside herringbone.  This is a well set up farm with good run by good employers.  They also undertake once a day milking from February.We are seeking candidates who have proven dairy farming experience of at least 1 year.  You will have confidence in taking responsibility for your role including animal husbandry, farm machinery and general day to day farm duties. There is also the opportunity for a partner to undertake regular relief milking (about 4 days per week).This is a well-established team who enjoy working together towards the farm goals.  Therefore, we are seeking someone who is a genuine team player, a great communicator and who can be relied on to turn up and do a good days work.You will have a clear criminal history and no drug/alcohol issues.Accommodation Comfortable 3 bedroom house with garage, woodfire and transfer heatpump. 45000 AUD New Zealand - NZ Bay of Plenty Rest of Bay of Plenty Reporoa
