Our clients are highly regarded in the dairy industry and have a long track record of superior farm production andbeing employers who show a willingness to impart their knowledge to new staff. This is a higher input farm, withmodern facilities, including a 50 bale rotary and good infrastructure.This role will provide great learning opportunities where you will be encouraged to take responsibility for your role,which will include milking/shed hygiene, animal health detection and treatment, tractor driving and general day to dayfarm duties.Our clients are seeking someone who shares their passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as partof their effective team. You will have proven organisational skills, effective time management and also be known foryour reliability and stable work history. We are seeking applicants with some dairy experience; strong tractor driving skills will be an advantage. A keenness to learn pasture management will be beneficial. They have agood team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh.Salary negotiable on experience.
