We are seeking an enthusiastic dairy farmer who is looking for a good opportunity to progress their career this season. Our clients are very established in the industry and run well producing farms. They have an opportunity on their grass based farm, currently running 500 cows through 26 aside herringbone.You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your day to day activities, which will include milking/shed hygiene, animal health detection, tractor driving and general farm duties. We are seeking a "good all-rounder".We are looking for someone who shares our client’s passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of the team. You will also be known for your reliability and stable work history. We are seeking applicants with at least 2 years dairy experience, as this is not an entry level position. They are supportive of employee development and a keenness to learn pasture management will be beneficial. They have a good team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh.Salary negotiable on experience. Generous rostered time off.
