About the farmThis 500 cow farm is situated in the Hawkes Bay, Kotemaori area. The farm is 374 ha, with a 160ha effective milking platform.  Milking through a 40-bail well maintained rotary shed with Protrack, ACR’s and in shed feeding. The contour is predominately easy to medium with some steeper sidelings’ and a gorge on the northern and western boundaries.All infrastructure has been upgraded and is in excellent working order.About youYou can be an existing manager or looking for your first big step. Attitude and passion for the industry is going to be everything. The farm is located 70km north of Napier and 46km from Wairoa so being in an isolated setting should not be a problem for you.
