Our clients are highly regarded in the dairy industry and have a long track record of superior farm production and being employers who show a willingness to impact their staff with knowledge.  This is a higher input farm with modern facilites, including a 50 bale rotary shed and good infrastructure.This role will provide great learning opportunities where you will be encouraged to take responsibility for your role, which will include milking, shed hygiene, animal husbandry, detection and treatment, tractor driving and general day to day farm duties.  You may be required to step up to cover supervisory duties when required.Our clients are seeking someone who shares their passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of their effective team.  You will have proven organisational skills, effective time management and also be known for your reliability and stable work history.  We are seeking applications with at least 2 years dairy experience, you must also possess strong tractor driving skills.  A keenness to learn pasture management will be beneficial.Salary is negotiable on experience.
