Where are you in your career?Where do you want to go and how can you get there?We have a client who offering a fantastic opportunity to progress into farm ownership.This is not about where you are, but where you want to be.  We welcome anyone at any stage of their dairy career looking at sharemilking and land ownership, to pick up the phone and give us a call.  Remember, passion and enthusiasm are the key attributes to success in this role.Our client is offering an opportunity and support into Sharemilking with rapid progression into 50/50 herd ownership and farm ownership.A 172ha, well presented flat farm with free draining, high fertile alluvial soil, milking 360 -380 cows through a 50 bale Rotary shed with cup removers to be installed this winter.  Production is around 120,000 kgs to 125,000 kgs on a 152ha milking platform.  All supplements are grown on farm with the benefit of a feed pad.  Calving 28th July with sheds providing plenty of room and pens for calves allowing access to outside paddocks.  Effluent systems all council compliant.  Accommodation consists of two 3 bedroom homes.Located in Buller, the farm is approximately 1km from the town of Karamea.
