Carpenter Foreman / Cool Store Construction  This is a fast-paced growing business building Cool stores across New Zealand. They are looking for an experienced Foreman to manage the  day to day site operations. This business is based out of the Hawkes Bay. However, you can be based anywhere in NZ. You will be expected to travel to different sites across the North Island. Costs associated with the travel will be met by the business. You will need to be a motivated person, in charge of projects from start to finish, manging the staff, delegating, time management and communicating back to the Director. No doubt you will have to get on the tools at times leading by example and sharing your knowledge. You will take pride in you work this will be a challenge but there are rewards.Skills/Job To oversee day-to-day operations onsite.Leading H&S briefings, toolbox meetings, and recording such information to report company H&S officer.Be able to read plans and set daily and weekly construction programmesTo mentor and lead the team.To liase with company directors.To be able to work predominantly N.Island wide. 10.5 Days on, 3.5 days off (Approximately 100 hours per 'cycle' on average).Attributes: 3 years experience as a ForemanPlan readingGood time managementGood personal skillsGood English communication skillsMust have Full NZ drivers licenseBenefits: Company vehicle & Fuel (Company use only)Company phone$100,000 + per yearPotential for individual job bonusesFly-in, Fly-out tickets allowed for when working at distance from home city (Airpoints bonuses)Paid to travel to and from their home town.Please apply online 35 AUD
