Customer Service Support team member (Office Admin)
Location: Silverdale, Auckland
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
What we are looking?
⢠A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers and taking phone calls
⢠Has the ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations when required
⢠Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
⢠Strong organisational and computer skills
⢠Taking orders and able to resolve complaints
Our employer is an INZ accredited BUT we are only looking for Resident visa and/or Open Work Visa to be able to start asap.
