Farm assistant required to join our team for the 2024 season.  Milking 800 cows through a 60 bale rotary shed with in-shed feeding system 2-3.This is a successful business due to its long term successful team environment, so our client is looking for someone who has that 'right fit'.Roster is 8 on 2 off.You will assist with daily operational tasks as directed, including feeding, milking, animal health, effluent. Is aware of on-farm compliance, eg, health, safety, and wellbeing; environment, animal welfare,Your duties include but are not limited to: Carry out milk harvesting tasks safely andefficiently. Solve milk quality issues as per farm policy, Clean and maintain the milking plant and farm dairy equipment. Carry out hygiene tasks, Good stockmanship, assist with recording and maintain all heard health treatments. Report on calvings, assist with calving records identify all health issues and appropriate treatments.
